What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct home studies and connect families with resources
- Provide psychosocial support to individuals coping with chronic illnesses or abuse
- Represent the agency in court proceedings and prepare necessary documentation
- Develop and conduct training programs for staff and professionals in the community
- Monitor program waiting lists and track expenditures for services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
- Knowledge of social work theories, standards, and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Computer literacy, preferably in Microsoft Office and OASIS software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Peer Place and OASIS software
- Familiarity with child welfare laws and adult services regulations
