What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide resource and referral services following Child Care Resources and Referral (CCR&R) guidelines
- Determine childcare eligibility in accordance with state and local guidelines
- Conduct client interviews and complete necessary paperwork for maintaining eligibility and transferring childcare providers
- Maintain client caseloads and respond to requests for information from clients/providers
- Support families in the completion of the child developmental screening process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Health and Human Services, or a related field
- Two years of experience in Child Care Resources and Referrals or related processes
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Creole or Spanish
- Proven skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and cloud-based technology systems
- Current knowledge of EFS Database or similar statewide databases is preferred

- Experience with determining eligibility for services or childcare enrollment processes
- Familiarity with Child Care Resources and Referral guidelines
- Experience maintaining client databases and generating reports
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for client and provider interactions
