      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide disease state and product education to the Rett community, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
      - Assess the individual needs of patients and caregivers, offering ongoing support and resources
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance education and therapy management strategies
      - Lead caregiver speaker programs and attend community events to promote patient support resources
      - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while representing the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred; RN, MSN, or MBA is a plus
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Patient Access, or Specialty Pharmacy
      - At least 2 years of experience in Patient Support, Education, or Leadership roles
      - Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and rare diseases
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in patient/caregiver education and advocacy
      - Background in account management within the pharmaceutical sector
      - Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority
      - Familiarity with patient assistance programs and provider offices
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach
