Job summary
Excellent leadership, communication, partnership working and problem-solving skills. Main duties of the job

The role involves managing and leading a team of Social Workers, the Bereavement Service, Young Peoples Bereavement Service and the Spiritual Care Team. You will role model the St Gemmas values and behaviour framework and be warm, approachable and a compassionate leader.
