What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide in-home intervention to children and families using a cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused model
- Conduct screening and assessments to identify family protective and risk factors
- Maintain accurate service reports and case notes
- Develop and maintain relationships with community service providers
- Coordinate with families and community agencies to achieve service goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or Human Services related fields
- 2 years of experience working with children and families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Illinois driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work with DCFS, courts, and social services systems
