      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement cybersecurity training and communication strategies for the organization
      - Assess training needs and design curricula to address cybersecurity risks and data protection
      - Conduct training sessions to ensure employees understand cybersecurity protocols
      - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
      - Collaborate with security teams to integrate security protocols and incident response procedures into training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer in Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Security, and Information Security within a Government or Federal Contractor environment
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree in Information Technology or a related field
      - Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
