- Reviewing transient student applications for financial aid eligibility before entering the information into the system
- Reviewing petition forms for completion and scanning
- Scanning incoming documents
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must be a current UF student
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
- Available through Summer 2025 semester
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work 15-20 hours a week

Job Description: The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships is currently seeking a Federal Work Study Student Assistant to join our Processing, Special Programs and Student Employment area. In this role, you will assist our coordinators with data entry and scanning while learning financial aid processing.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
This position will begin in Summer 2025 and will continue through subsequent semesters.
Expected Salary: $13/hour
