      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote corporate governance through subject matter expertise in FedRAMP and CMMC
      - Facilitate internal and external audits and manage compliance programs and controls
      - Lead client interviews and assessment activities
      - Support the FedRAMP/CMMC program and ensure program milestones are met
      - Test security controls and document results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5+ years of experience as a FedRAMP or CMMC Assessor or relevant experience implementing an enterprise-wide FedRAMP/CMMC program
      - Excellent written communication and presentation skills
      - Extensive knowledge of DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, and CMMC security frameworks
      - Direct experience with compliance audits by an accredited 3PAO
      - Passion for business process improvement and removing friction from systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications related to FedRAMP or CMMC compliance
      - Experience in a leadership role within compliance or security programs
      - Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
      - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
