What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Exceed event sales goals and provide best-in-class customer service
- Create brand awareness through expert complexion shade matching and product demonstrations
- Support store-level education and training to enhance retail activations and engagement
- Ensure visual merchandising is updated and maintain cleanliness of product displays
- Collaborate with team members to execute large-scale selling events and build relationships with store leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Prestige Beauty; Sephora experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in complexion shade-matching for diverse skin tones, genders, and ages
- Self-motivated with a strong track record of exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, particularly in store events
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

- Experience with multi-world selling strategies
- Strong metrics reporting abilities and understanding of KPIs
- Familiarity with seasonal beauty trends and ability to maintain professional appearance
