Job Description

- Supports and coordinates the overall operation of the assigned territories and its leadership team through administrative and office management responsibilities
- Supports Region teams, Area Managers and over 100+ stores with administrative and office support services
- Coordinates all meetings, travel, lodging and meals for Region teams
- Assists Regional Managers with managing region office expenses and performing Accounts Payable and expense control
- Receives, distributes and directs teammate, corporate and vendor inquiries to the appropriate channel
- Responsible for assisting the Regions’ Store Managers in a variety of administrative and operational duties
- Communicates decisions and initiatives to Store Managers, while providing assistance and follow-up on policies, procedures, and projects to multiple areas and stores
- Composes correspondence (letters, memos, e-mails, etc.); responsible for meeting materials and agendas
- Coordinates logistics for all training events within the region, including travel, venue selection, and lodging
- Coordinates and facilitates the payroll process on a weekly basis (Dayforce)
- Minimal travel may be required within assigned territories
