      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Proactively identify and close menu expansion opportunities
      - Align on and execute strategic plans to retain and expand current accounts
      - Drive efficient implementation of new products through deep product knowledge
      - Collaborate with internal resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with Medical Technology certification
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a clinical laboratory or transfusion medicine
      - Solid Clinical Chemistry market knowledge
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Advanced verbal and written communication skills
