      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site care management services to clients
      - Monitor and document case activities in a timely manner
      - Review medical claims and recommend diagnostic procedures and testing based on assessments
      - Collaborate with insurance providers, employers, and clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans
      - Travel for in-person consultations to assess treatment progress and make necessary adjustments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A degree from an accredited institution in a health or human services discipline
      - Current, unrestricted license or certification to practice within the relevant discipline
      - Three years of experience in care management or a related field
      - Completion of supervised field experience in case management or behavioral health
      - URAC-recognized certification in case management within four years of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in case management, health, or behavioral health settings
      - Additional certifications related to case management or nursing practice
      - Familiarity with property and casualty insurance processes
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
