What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to employer products
- Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital environments
- Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with regional and account managers
- Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures
- Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and ongoing improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree in nursing or clinical required
- Minimum of three (3) years in a medical device clinical capacity or cath lab
- Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology
- Strong clinical acumen required
- Excellent command of the English language with comprehensive written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the sales process is a plus
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems
- Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, particularly in developing presentation materials
- Openness to a dynamic work environment and regular interaction with various healthcare professionals
