What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and develop new financial representatives through hands-on training in sales strategies, prospecting, and marketing
- Provide ongoing professional development, including weekly skill-building sessions and field training
- Lead by example in the community, representing the employer with integrity and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue, growth, and customer experience goals
- Support ongoing development initiatives and local team success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep understanding of the insurance and financial services industry, including current sales methodologies and regulatory guidelines
- Proven leadership and motivational skills with a track record in sales performance
- Active Life & Health License or ability to obtain one
- Willingness and ability to travel locally up to 65% using reliable transportation
- Required FINRA registrations: SIE and Series 6/7 or equivalent within 6 months of hire; Series 63 (if applicable); Series 65/66 within 6 months of becoming a Registered Representative; Series 24/26 within 18 months of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong product knowledge in life, annuity, disability, and critical illness insurance
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent in a sales environment
- Experience developing and executing marketing and prospecting strategies
- Local to the Tampa, Florida area
