      Job Description

      Position Purpose

      • The Field Executive is responsible for identifying, visiting, validating, and managing the localities where there is unauthorized use of CHEP pallets in unauthorized circuits, to guarantee the recovery of the same and reach agreements with the NCD's / NPD ́s to integrate them legally into the CHEP circuit.

      Major/Key Accountabilities

      • Recover CHEP pallets that are in illegal use.
      • Achieve the signing of agreements to legally integrate the CHEP circuit or achieve a collaboration agreement for collections signed with NCDs/NPDs
      • Understand the operation of the NPD's, identifying the flows of our assets to take actions that generate the prevention of the exit of the pallet from our circuit and that feed the illegal market.
      • Increase CHEP billing on transfers to NPD's.
      • Reduce illegal flows from Emitter and Distributors to NPDs.
      • Reduce pallet loss.
      • Increase efficiency in the custody and safeguarding of CHEP pallets.
      • Identify volumes in NPD locations.
      • Identify new NPD's.
      • Mapping and visits to Waste Pickers.
      • Obtain sufficient information from NPD locations for strategic planning to be taken with each point identified.
      • Prepare a report of visits and capture the information in the System.
      • Promote the use of the BlueCode app in the countries of the Southern Cone.

      Measures

      • Increase asset recoveries.
      • Speed up the collection engine.
      • Decrease the illegal market.
      • Promote a positive impact on the FTR.
      • Increase the database of participating customers and distributors.
      • Visit NPD's to achieve conversion (PD or NCD's).
      • Teamwork and collaboration with other areas.

      Experience

      • The position requires 2 years of experience in areas of Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Services, 3PL or commercial areas, retail and desirable in Loss Prevention.
