What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct physical inventory of store merchandise following a prescribed process and schedule
- Evaluate inventory conditions based on Company standards and provide feedback to Store Managers
- Communicate results to Store Manager and District Manager in a professional manner
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and speed in work duties
- Collaborate with store personnel, District Managers, and other Corporate personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Retail guest experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure long periods of standing
- Proficient in computer software, including MS Suite
- Clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates degree
- Hourly Manager experience in retail setting
