What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets across the state using ServiceNOW
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer/server hardware and software
- Support and manage local and wide area networks (LANs/WANs), VPNs, and peripheral devices
- Provide technical support for smartphones, tablets, and Mac systems
- Document network/system configurations and create helpful how-to guides and manuals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years in a systems administration or IT consulting role
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, stand, and sit for extended periods in a moderate noise environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, SonicWall, Dell/HP/Lenovo
- Experience in high-pressure situations and comfortable working independently
