      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage logistics and inventory for field assets, ensuring timely availability for events
      - Oversee end-of-month reporting, including expense reconciliation and data organization
      - Facilitate the contract and invoice process for the Field and Event Marketing teams
      - Support Partner Account Managers in organizing local events, including venue sourcing and logistics
      - Tackle various administrative projects and special missions to support team growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, or event logistics
      - Proven experience managing concurrent projects or event efforts with attention to detail
      - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high-growth mindset
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with modern workplace tools (G-Suite, Slack, Salesforce)

      - Familiarity with project management platforms like Smartsheet
