What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage subcontracts and change management processes
- Oversee cost management and e-time tracking
- Handle general office and job site items, including document control
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and accountants
- Assist in project closeout activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience as a field office coordinator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and CmiC
- Strong ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
