      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate field placement processes and logistics for Master of Social Work students
      - Provide guidance to students in locating appropriate field sites and respond to placement inquiries
      - Facilitate weekly Supplemental Supervision sessions for social work interns
      - Identify and assess potential field placement agencies, maintaining relationships and managing logistics
      - Assist in preparing materials for program accreditation reviews to ensure compliance with standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited program
      - Minimum of 2 years post-master's experience in placing MSW students for field practicum
      - Strong knowledge of academic and social work processes in an online college/university setting
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent Google Workspace tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in placing graduate-level students for field practicum in an online college/university platform
      - Familiarity with SharePoint and data collection/analysis tools
