What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage translation projects and internships in collaboration with existing partners
- Maintain and report on project progress, ensuring they are on time and on budget
- Identify and resolve obstacles to project progress with the Regional Manager
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among field partners to achieve project goals
- Represent the employer's culture to partners and the broader Bible translation community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and a God-honoring lifestyle
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Cross-Cultural Studies, Language, or Communications
- 2-4 years of experience in cross-cultural work, project management, or non-profit settings
- Ability to hold a passport and travel to necessary countries
- Demonstrated success in cross-cultural work with effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and language proficiency in the specific region of service
- Previous experience in cross-cultural relationship management
