What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact with the client for all site-related activities
- Manage project activities on behalf of the project owner
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and subcontractors
- Oversee the establishment of project execution plans, health and safety plans, and quality control plans
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of related experience
- Previous experience on Corrections/Judicial/Police projects
- Experience with construction project values of $15M-$100M or larger
- Experience managing design and construction phases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Navajo language speaking skills
- Knowledge of project scheduling in coordination with project requirements
- Professional registration or relevant certifications
