  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct property risk control and underwriting surveys for clients in various industries
  - Advise clients on hazard control measures to mitigate potential losses and influence the implementation of recommendations
  - Provide technical support and guidance on fire protection, fire alarm, and loss prevention strategies
  - Review architectural and engineering plans for fire safety compliance and provide feedback during design and construction meetings
  - Investigate fire losses and prepare detailed reports or presentations on findings
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5 to 10 years of experience in Highly Protected Risk engineering or consulting
  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  - Experience in consulting roles with HPR Property Insurance Companies
  - Proficiency in interpreting and applying NFPA and/or FM Global standards
  - Ability to travel more than 50 miles from the office 75% of the time
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience with high hazard occupancies such as flammable liquids or combustible dusts
  - Familiarity with Assembly of Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure (COPE) Data
  - Strong written and oral communication skills
