      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform property risk control and underwriting surveys for various clients across different industries
      - Advise clients on hazard control measures to reduce or prevent losses
      - Provide technical support to global manufacturing plants and other facilities in fire protection and loss prevention
      - Investigate fire losses and prepare reports detailing findings
      - Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with fire safety standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 to 10 years of Highly Protected Risk engineering or consulting experience
      - Experience in a consulting role with an HPR Property Insurance Company
      - Familiarity with Assembly of Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure (COPE) Data
      - Must be physically fit and able to access building roof areas and upper or lower floors during surveys
      - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in assessing high hazard occupancies such as flammable liquids and combustible dusts
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Self-sufficient and organized work style
      - Proficiency in interpreting and applying NFPA and/or FM Global standards
