  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform property risk control surveys for various clients in different industries
  - Advise clients on hazard control measures to reduce or prevent losses
  - Provide technical support and guidance regarding fire protection and loss prevention
  - Conduct reviews of architectural and engineering plans for fire protection systems
  - Investigate fire losses and prepare detailed reports and presentations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5 to 10 years of experience in Highly Protected Risk engineering or consulting
  - Experience in a consulting role with an HPR Property Insurance Company
  - Technical proficiency in NFPA and/or FM Global standards and fire protection systems
  - Must be physically fit to access various building locations during surveys
  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with Assembly of Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposure (COPE) Data
  - Experience assessing high hazard occupancies (flammable liquids, combustible dusts)
  - Strong written and oral communication skills
  - Self-sufficient and organized approach to problem-solving
