What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement marketing strategies and programs for seed brands to drive market share growth
- Lead sales calls with targeted growers and coordinate with assigned FS companies
- Provide training and product knowledge to achieve growth and profitability for assigned members
- Utilize sales administration tools to implement business plans and drive sales retention
- Offer professional agronomic and sales support to crop specialists and growers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Ag Business or Agronomy, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of agriculture sales-related work experience
- Certified Crop Advisor certificate or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift 51 to 70 pounds and travel independently as needed

- Experience in the agricultural sales sector, particularly with seed and crop protection products
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with GROWMARK’s policies and procedures
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and market share expansion
