      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the Biossance Skincare brand at Sephora stores within a specific geographic location
      - Conduct in-person and virtual trainings for retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
      - Plan and execute special events in stores to drive sales and brand awareness
      - Recruit and manage a freelance team to support in-store activities
      - Build strong business relationships with store sales teams and management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years Account Executive / Education Executive experience in the cosmetics industry, Sephora experience a plus
      - Passion for selling and training in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment
      - Ability to travel 5 days a week to stores in the market
      - Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Clean driving record, reliable insured car, and ability to lift and load up to 40 lbs as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in conducting virtual trainings via Zoom, Skype, or Teams applications
      - Previous experience in leading and presenting at special events in retail settings
      - Knowledge of skincare industry trends and products
      - Demonstrated ability to drive sales through team development and exceptional customer service
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
