      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals through active participation in sales initiatives
      - Direct and coordinate sales activities to meet the complex needs of customers in a rapidly changing industry
      - Develop and manage Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales through regular customer contact and business reviews
      - Actively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media
      - Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, and industry events to promote deeper customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years prior sales experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools
      - Excellent project management and attention to detail
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
      - Proven track record in client prospecting and account management
      - Passion for sales with a goal-oriented mindset
      - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
      - Good negotiating skills and conflict resolution abilities
