What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners to grow and develop your account base
- Plan and implement effective strategies to increase market share within your territory
- Conduct timely face-to-face contact with assigned accounts
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Attend medical conventions and participate in training programs to enhance sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma; bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Ability to travel extensively within a defined geographic territory
- Valid US Driver's License (Motor Vehicle Check Required)
- Excellent communication, customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills
- PC proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience is helpful but not required
- Passion for building relationships and creating sales opportunities
- Comfort with cold calling and engaging in meaningful conversations with prospective customers
