What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners to grow and develop your account base
- Plan, organize, and implement effective strategies to increase market share within your territory
- Conduct face-to-face contact with accounts to ensure ongoing relationship management
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Attend medical conventions and participate in training programs to enhance sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma; bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with experience in sales, customer service, or negotiation
- Valid US Driver’s License and ability to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory
- PC proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to engage in cold calling and develop relationships with prospective customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience in a healthcare or related field is helpful but not required
- Passion for building relationships to create sales opportunities
- Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct meaningful conversations with customers
