What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve territory sales and gross profit plans by maximizing revenue opportunities and prospecting for new business
- Conduct a minimum of 3+ hours and 40 customer calls per day
- Develop account strategies and perform territory planning to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Enhance selling skills through required trainings and certifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Ability to relocate upon territory assignment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, especially in primary care or emergency medical services
- Experience with cold calling and sales negotiation
- Completion of a previous sales training program or internship
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems
