      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and build a team of Division Managers to achieve desired business objectives
      - Translate company directives and goals into actionable plans for execution in specific divisions
      - Provide coaching and mentorship for Division Managers to develop selling and professional skills
      - Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the company, regional, and individual levels
      - Maintain working knowledge of local and state regulations and guide Division Managers for optimal outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
      - 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the highly regulated consumer products industry
      - Proven sales leadership, results-oriented leadership, and strategic leadership skills
      - Ability to provide customer insights and sales support collaboratively across multiple organizational levels
      - Strong analytical skills and metrics-oriented mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Degree in Business or related field
      - Industry experience in highly regulated industries
      - Previous regional sales leadership experience
      - Understanding of the customer and vapor industry
