What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan
- Schedule client meetings and organize product demonstrations
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts for assigned territories
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, or related discipline; Or equivalent years of relevant business experience
- 3+ years of B2B outside/field sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM applications
- Ability to work flexible schedule and overtime
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Tax/Accounting industry software/SaaS sales experience
- Formalized sales training
- Consistent President’s/Chairman’s Club qualifier and achiever of other various sales performance awards
