      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at current individual accounts within the assigned territory
      - Analyze and develop opportunities within the territory in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Regional team
      - Develop territory account plans and marketing/promotional strategies
      - Have complete knowledge of all Celebrity Cruises products, services, and brand representation
      - Analyze sales data and present monthly and quarterly business reviews with select accounts
      - Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to analyze and develop opportunities and targeted initiatives
      - Gather and communicate reporting on customer business profile
      - Develop brand champions and keep customers up to date with the latest information on itineraries, pricing, and product enhancements
      - Maintain relationships with office managers
      - Perform other duties as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven outside sales experience
      - Travel industry experience preferred
      - Willingness to travel and live in the assigned territory
      - Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Established success and proven proficiency in core competencies
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
