      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and dealers in the assigned market
      - Develop and implement customer strategies to enhance profitability and customer value
      - Utilize market knowledge to identify new opportunities for product sales
      - Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform pricing, inventory, and demand decisions
      - Create and execute marketing and communication plans, including promotions and updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success managing large and complex accounts with executive-level relationships
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in building materials distribution
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
      - Excellent communication skills, adaptable and persuasive in various situations
      - Broad experience with building materials products and knowledge of competitive offerings
