What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through effective merchandising
- Implement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales
- Manage point-of-purchase materials placement and execution
- Report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Bachelor's Degree (4 years)
- Relevant sales and merchandising experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes
- Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
