What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques
- Implement and monitor promotional activities to enhance product visibility
- Manage the placement and implementation of point-of-purchase materials
- Report on activities and outcomes related to sales initiatives
- Drive sales performance within an assigned territory, requiring extensive travel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Bachelor’s Degree (4 years)
- Relevant sales and merchandising experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required)
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes
