      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate leads to meet and exceed sales production goals for new enrollments and member retention
      - Build and maintain relationships with contracted providers and community affiliates
      - Attend telemarketing blitzes and ongoing sales training sessions as required
      - Conduct group or one-on-one presentations to prospects and community affiliates
      - Submit daily and monthly activity production reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1+ years of general sales experience and/or clinical or community outreach
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Solid knowledge of CMS Marketing Guidelines
      - Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
      - Active life insurance license within the respective selling state

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in community outreach or healthcare sales
      - Proficiency in report analysis and statistical comprehension
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
