      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed assigned territory sales targets by growing sales in existing accounts and acquiring new business
      - Accurately forecast prospects throughout the sales cycle and maintain a balanced list of prospects
      - Cultivate key accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
      - Complete a business plan for the assigned territory detailing strategies to achieve sales goals
      - Maintain and enhance technical knowledge of products, company literature, and competitor offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of five years of sales experience in the analytical instrumentation industry with a proven track record
      - Proficiency in contact management database software (Salesforce.com), Teams, and MS Office
      - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
      - Ability to travel up to 70% and maintain valid travel documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Bruker software
      - In-depth industry knowledge and familiarity with commercial contract terms
      - Self-motivated with a strong ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals
