What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and define critical markets and new customers within the assigned sales territory
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to address design opportunities and business challenges
- Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services
- Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, incorporating knowledge of Arrow’s offerings and suppliers
- Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews to major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of field sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and articulate complex strategies
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems, including SalesForce.com and Oracle
