What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute approved sales programs to achieve or exceed sales objectives for dental products
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers within a designated territory
- Assist dealer partners with advertising and merchandising programs to promote GC products
- Maintain and update customer databases and administrative reports in a timely manner
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight stays
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in dental or healthcare sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
