What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Merchandise products for display to maximize customer engagement and sales
- Maintain product quality and inventory accuracy by rotating stock and conducting inventory counts
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Communicate with warehouse personnel and manage daily schedules to meet customer requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in operations or a related sales field
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and basic math skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with adequate insurance coverage
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

- Experience in perishable goods sales or distribution
- Familiarity with inventory management processes
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer accounts
- Ability to understand and apply product knowledge for sales enhancement
