      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Travel to retail stores for merchandising activities, including constructing displays and updating pricing
      - Ensure 100% distribution of all authorized products in cold boxes and on shelves in assigned accounts
      - Install promotional materials and assist with stock rotations and shelf resets
      - Collaborate with distributor partners and account leads to build positive relationships
      - Communicate market intelligence and account issues to management, maintaining accurate records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with a minimum of one year of previous sales experience
      - Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to prioritize within a dynamic environment
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and establish rapport with store personnel
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking abilities
      - Valid Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance required; must be 21 years of age

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Familiarity with chain store operations and prior merchandising experience
      - Understanding of the three-tier distribution system process
      - Wine education/certification (CWE, SWE, WSET) is a distinct plus
