      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and drive the field sales team to meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs
      - Shadow field sales representatives to enhance performance and provide coaching
      - Analyze customer reports to identify opportunities for increased client engagement and consignments
      - Monitor customer feedback and ensure compliance with processing and pricing protocols
      - Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of sales team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
      - Capacity to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and meet local car insurance requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using technological tools such as G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, and CRM systems
      - Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
      - Reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory
      - A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
