      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot, program, and commission automation control systems (PLCs, HMIs, motion systems, etc.)
      - Assist customers in selecting appropriate automation hardware and building bills of materials (BOMs)
      - Execute and manage multiple service projects throughout their lifecycle
      - Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
      - Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal staff on electrical and automation products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electrical Engineering Technology), a technical degree, or equivalent industry experience
      - 3-4 years of industry experience working with automation controls and electrical components
      - Strong knowledge of automation systems, component selection, and programming
      - Proficiency with vendor configuration tools for product sizing and selection
      - Ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent 4-year post-secondary education
      - 5+ years of experience including customer-facing support of PLCs, motion control, sensors, safety devices, and fluid power systems
      - Background in working with electrical distributors, engineers, and industrial clients
      - Knowledge of motion systems, trigonometry, calculus, and technical writing
      - Positive attitude, strong math and computer skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
