      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular visits
      - Educate customers on the benefits of friction management products and services
      - Conduct audits of customers' existing friction management programs as requested
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-centric proposals and sales plans
      - Identify and engage new customers to generate business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four years of friction management field service experience
      - Valid DOT driver's medical examination card or ability to obtain it
      - Current E-Railsafe, TWIC, and Roadway Worker Protection (RPT) certifications for applicable client railways
      - Proficient in MS Office, Visual ERP systems, and CRM software
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and presenting customer proposals in the friction management field
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong customer focus
      - Experience attending and representing a company at industry events and conferences
      - Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time
