What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with customers and equipment to analyze and solve hardware and software issues
- Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace malfunctioning components
- Perform system analysis to improve customer efficiency and propose modifications
- Develop recommendations to enhance or replace existing hardware and software
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns until resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel 80% of the time, including same-day rapid travel on-call, after hours, and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including good listening and patience
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and offer strategic solutions
- Experience working with hand tools, multimeters, wiring schematics, and understanding automation logic

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within the medical robotics or pharmacy automation field
- Familiarity with customer service best practices in a technical environment
- Previous experience in testing and developing software and hardware solutions
