What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues by interacting with customers and equipment
- Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace malfunctioning components
- Perform system analysis to improve customer efficiency and propose modifications
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Field Service team for support and internal training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel 80% of the time, including same-day rapid travel on-call
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including listening and patience
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently
- Experience working with hand tools, multimeters, and wiring schematics
