      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze product failures and perform repairs to return equipment to production status through telephone and on-site activities
      - Conduct product installations and deliver operator equipment production and maintenance training
      - Provide hardware, software, configuration, and networking support via telephone, email, chat, and on-site
      - Document and submit service/repair activity while informing customers of supply replenishments
      - Identify and resolve potential customer dissatisfaction issues, escalating as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Requires more than 50% travel, often on short notice
      - 5-8 years of experience in a similar role providing advanced product support for commercial and industrial printing products
      - Completion of a program at a community college, technical or commercial school, or equivalent experience (minimum of a 2-year program)
      - Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems
      - Field/on-site repair experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with RIP and ICC Profiles
      - Ability to organize and write technical reports
      - Knowledge of product specifications and manuals
      - Previous experience providing service training to dealers and service partners
