What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform field-level maintenance, repairs, and part replacements on ATM machines
- Use error codes and service logs to diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and submit repair status updates
- Own customer issues through to resolution per SLA standards
- Follow site safety and security protocols in financial environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; 0–1 years of field tech or repair experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone (iOS/Android) to receive dispatches and documentation
- Personal set of basic tools (e.g., #1/#2 Phillips and flathead screwdrivers)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in kneeling or standing positions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in electronics, IT, or related technical field
- Previous experience with ATM or kiosk hardware
- Familiarity with customer service in a field technician environment
